Harvest Flora - Makes flora behave like it does in Skyrim and real life - you pick up a flower from a plant, the flower disappears. Cobl - Adds a lot of cool random shit to your game such as foods, beverages, and other miscellaneous shit. Makes your UI more shiny and pretty and generally more helpful. DarNified UI - Another quality of life mod.

Kvatch Rebuilt - I never understood why Kvatch was never rebuilt, and instead just stayed as a ashen wasteland. It ranges from fall forests, to massive farmlands, to new river banks, to ancient aylied ruins. I super-duper like it because you have a wide variety of roll-playing starts, from being a noble, a pauper, or a war veteran. Blockhead - Fixes some issues with OCO and allows faces to be modded further Alternative Start - As the name states, the mod prevents you from having to drudge through the vanilla start. Personally, I keep the vanilla Khajiit textures and apply the rest. Absolutely despise pretty much all of them. This mod fixes that by making the cities cramped, dirty, and most importantly, beautiful. Better Cities - You ever notice that, like, the cities in Oblivion are super small? Unique Landscapes is a series of mods that aim to turn every location in Cyrodiil into a hand crafted masterpiece. Check out the insane Lightning Storm ability in the video below. The mod claims to retain the balance of Oblivion, and it does to a certain extent, but once you've gained the most powerful spells on offer, nothing will stand in your way. The mod adds hundreds of new magical abilities to Oblivion, along with new mounts, and even transformation powers. Turn your enemies to gold, ride a magic carpet, summon a Balrog and blast your way through 7 new areas. A series of smaller mods are also incorporated, adding AI tweaks, balance alterations and hundreds of new weapons and items to the game. Magic is easier to cast, advanced creature AI ensures animals react to you realistically, and boss characters have been scattered throughout the world to provide extra challenge and some desirable loot drops. Oscuro's Overhaul tweaks almost every other aspect of the game as well. Oscuro's Overhaul changes all of this, setting different level caps for different areas, turning Cyrodiil into a dangerous and unpredictable wilderness. In regular Oblivion, the world levels up at the same rate you do, which means every battle presents roughly the same amount of challenge.

There are a couple of separate patches for the expansion and DLC, too, so be sure to pick these up if you're planning on visiting the Shivering Isles. So that's 1, floating rocks, see-through walls and twitchy animations you'll never have to deal with. It fixes over 1, bugs still present in Oblivion even after Bethesda finished patching it.
